CRAWLSPACE SERVICES

We remove wet, damaged, contaminated, outdated, or falling insulation. In homes affected by rodents, we also remove contaminated materials and clean the crawlspace to eliminate urine odors, bacteria, germs, and other potential health hazards.

RESTORATION

We locate and seal potential rodent entry points to help prevent future infestations. Common entry points include:

  • Cracks and openings in the foundation

  • Damaged or improperly installed vents

  • Gaps around drain and waste lines

  • Roof junctions and adjoining structures

  • Openings in gutter fascia and foundation mudsills

  • Garbage chutes and other damaged or unsealed areas

Our licensed Structural Pest Inspector has more than 10 years of pest-control experience and can inspect your home and provide an estimate for the necessary repairs.

We use durable materials such as cement, metal flashing, and screening. Spray foam and steel wool alone are not permanent solutions: rodents can chew through foam, while steel wool may rust, deteriorate, and fall out over time.

RODENT EXCLUSION

After removing damaged or contaminated materials, we treat affected areas to reduce disease-causing germs and bacteria. This process also helps eliminate urine-trail odors that may attract more rodents.

Sanitizing

ATTICE SERVICES

For rodent-affected attics, we remove damaged, contaminated, wet, outdated, or deteriorating insulation. We then clean and sanitize affected areas before installing new materials.

RESTORATION

Heat can escape through gaps, cracks, and other air leaks in the attic. Sealing these openings helps reduce heat loss and improves the home's overall energy efficiency.

AIR SEALING

Because heat rises, proper attic insulation is essential for maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature. We install new insulation, upgrade existing insulation, and provide insulation services for new construction.

Combining effective insulation with air sealing helps keep the home warmer during colder months and may reduce energy use.
