Roxul Soundproof insulation

When are people doing a remodel or building a new project we always recommend to do soundproof insulation before they do drywall, WHY? Most of the times people don't notice the noise because walls are open but after drywall is installed their able to hear everything and even after we are able to do a Drill & Fill using Cellulose insulation but is not the same because this is a soundproof batt not just packed insulation.
